French cottage lace collar cotton sweater Upcycled 80’s white linen handHandmade cotton lace ruffle collar with tie closure. Lace is a white ruffled lace, and cotton is a new, medium weight French country toile print. Handmade in house and made to order. Pease allow up to 2 10 days to prepare.
