50’s Unique Navy Blue Velvet Beret by Sally Victor unused frames Swank patent no D 112997Very unique style coming from Sally Victor. Navy blue wool is accordion pleated with dark blue velvet trim. Front holds a large wool bow. Interior is finished with a matching acetate and edged with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is approximately 16 inches extended. It can be worn more flat than what I have shown. Please view the photos
