Mirabelle tarte, a note of rose petals, a touch of each as well. Palate: Very good, on similar notes of cakes and tartes, baked peaches, raisins, chocolate, Turkish delights, and touches of burnt cakes. Finish: Medium, rather fresh. Bitter chocolate, notes of baked pears, a touch of heather honey
