The fruit comes from the Nocton Vineyard, planted in 1999 on calcareous sandstone soils just inland from Hobart. Longer daylight hours and the cool maritime climate shape Pinot Noir with density, structure and an unmistakable savoury line. The 2024 harvest was hand picked in the early morning and transported across Bass Strait to
